This website is operated by United Sports (Pvt) Ltd, No. 245, R. A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka. Contact us at unitedsports@sltnet.lk with any privacy question.

• Newsletter: your email address and, optionally, your name; the date you subscribed or unsubscribed; and where you signed up (for example the footer or pop-up).
• Contact form: the name, email, phone number and message you send us.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment information on this site. Purchases are made on UnitedSports.lk, which has its own policies.

• To send the newsletter you asked for — product launches, events, promotions and updates.
• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We use trusted providers to run this site: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (subscriber database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments and may store data outside Sri Lanka.

We don’t use advertising cookies. Your browser’s local storage is used to remember your wishlist and whether you have seen or dismissed the newsletter pop-up. This information stays on your device. The admin area uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie.

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe we stop sending you marketing emails.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing unitedsports@sltnet.lk.

We keep subscriber records for as long as you are subscribed, and a minimal record after you unsubscribe so we can honour your choice.
